Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel before assessment work starts and receive a full refund of any amount paid for this offer. If we cannot validate the agreed target and have not started the assessment, we will cancel the engagement and refund any amount paid.

After assessment work starts, contact Houndryx for a human review of cancellation or refund requests, taking account of work already delivered and any failure to provide the agreed service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This policy creates no payment facility: checkout is currently unavailable.
