Service terms

The base Founding Pilot covers one agreed storefront URL and its exact commercial target scope. Public evidence must be accessible and sufficient for an assessment. We validate the target before starting delivery. If a blocker prevents validation, we explain the limitation rather than inventing findings.

The delivery clock starts only after both successful payment and target validation. The commitment is within two business days; business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Chile. A reviewed digital technical report is delivered through a manually provided private report link or digital file. No immediate or automatic download is promised.

Scores describe the evaluated public sample and its coverage, not the whole business. Remediation guidance depends on sufficient evidence. Final delivery requires human technical review. You decide whether to implement guidance through your usual process; the base offer performs no merchant writes and requires no credentials or connector access.

No ranking, discovery, marketplace approval, AI inclusion, traffic or revenue outcome is guaranteed. No store access, recurring service or extra target is included.
